Good Morning and Hello to all

Just a quick update on Bella and my doctors appointment.   Bella had bloods taken on Monday and they have come back negative so not sure why she keeps getting upset stomachs but it seems every couple of months she is poorly the poor vet is shaking her head with confusion lol.

My appointment with the Dr was certainly a waste of time, the podiatrist I saw at the hospital last week asked me to go to my docs to get my pain medication increased as it was not even making a dent in the pain in my back and legs.  But he refused said I was taking enough and needed to cope on that.  So walked out in disgust, am certainly thinking of changing surgeries.

Enough moaning.  I am scheduling this post as I will be out first thing helping a friend set up her computer and teaching her how to do the basics.

My card today is one I have had on my desk for a DT Spot that is now no longer needed so would like to showcase today, have had this stamp for don't know how long think I bought it in Taunton late last year, it is an Indigo Blu stamp and goes by the name of Juliet, isn't she gorgeous.

Well I have managed to stay on top of my blogging this week thank goodness but I have more candles and soap to make over the next few days so please be patient with me if I don't get to you within the next few days.

Good Morning

How is everyone hope you are all well and that those with colds/flu and anything else are all starting to feel better.

The card I made today was part of an order and I really enjoyed making this card, I wanted to try different colours to the one's I normally use and think this card turned out beautifully.

 I would also like to show you one of my new range in candles which I have already had a couple of orders for

Both of these are on the desk next to me in my craft room and the whole place smells deliciously of Vanilla yummy.

Think I have caught up with everyone in blog land and if I have missed you please accept my apologies not intended.

I have just received an order for some party invitations and the theme is Midsummer Night's Dream so if anyone has got any ideas they will be gratefully received the spec also said no fairies, mmmmm will have to think about this one.

Oldie But A Goodie New Challenge

Morning all

Hope you are all keeping well.  Hugs to those that need it.

Welcome to our new challenge, and the theme we are following this fortnight is Buttons as chosen by our lovely DT member Dips.  This certainly got me thinking, it's easy when it's flowers etc but buttons are a big challenge for me, so I hunted down my trusty LOTV stamps and created the following card, hope you like it.

I even went for a different colour scheme that I have never used but thought this went together quite well.

At long last

Morning All

It's raining just for a change mind, are you hating all this wet dreary weather as much as me, it makes the old bones ache like mad.

Well at long last I have sorted myself a website out the previous one just proved to be too expensive at £30.00 a month before I had even made any sales this one with Wix is free unless I want to upgrade but for the moment it will do, I have uploaded most of my candles now, a few cards and also my soap, am targeting only the UK market at present but of course if people want to order from abroad they could contact me and I could sort out a price for postage etc.

I have to take Bella to the vets this morning she is not very well again, keeps crouching down and whimpering in pain poor love so her appt is at 10.00.

I also have an appointment at the Dr's to sort out my medication as I think it needs tweaking a little so that is at 4.40 today.  Apart from that I have candles to make and DT work to do and I also have an order in for 4 cards so will crack on with them today, busy bee buzzing around all day.

Well I will pop along also and do a bit of blog hopping sorry for not keeping up with everyone this last couple of weeks but the pain just gets you down sometimes and you need to take a break and just rest up.

How stunning is this image, I just loved working with this, have used wink of stella in silver to hightlight the wolf at the back of the card, acrylic flowers, papers are from my crafty mate Rachel's stash as I started making this card at her house one play afternoon.

I have chosen the bottom line twine, blue and buttons and made a boy's card which I don't tend to do very often.

I couldn't find any buttons to match this card so decided I would use my Martha Stewart punch as it has 4 different buttons on it so came up with this.
