Wow another post

Evening all

Hope you have all had a good day, mine has been brilliant, went over to our eldest daughter's Pauline's to hand over some baby shower stuff for tomorrow then went clothes shopping, have been trying to lose some weight and have lost nearly 19 pounds so far so had to buy some smaller trousers to fit into too lazy to take the others in. lol.

I was asked to make a card for a lady who is going to be 104 at the weekend and they wanted her age on the card so this is what I have come up with.

Hope you like it.

I will when I have a spare 5 minutes pop over and comment on all your lovely blogs but at the moment its a bit hectic as I have a lot going on in my life and not all good but that's another story I am trying to stay positive.

Love to all for now

Horrid Weather

Afternoon All

Are you like me wanting to hibernate when the autumn and winter comes along I hate the rain but at least there will be no fireworks if its raining poor Bella is so frightened by them.

Alan took me to Hobbycraft today so that I could get some more 300gsm card stock.    A couple of weeks ago whilst over at Rachel's crafting I pinched some cardstock off her and printed some backgrounds onto the card stock so that I could use the Crafters Companion bag making template as I wanted to make a bag for Nicole our granddaughter for her birthday on the 17th November and I will put a voucher inside for her.

Well I have finally managed to it today and hopefully I can get the picture to download as for some reason it doesn't want to do it this is the third try now so here goes:

Is anyone else having trouble with their blog mine is jumping it makes me feel a bit dizzy and also will not let me upload my pictures.  I am using my new laptop which has windows 10 on it and google chrome does not like windows 10 was making my machine do very funny things so I had to take it off the computer so if anyone knows a different way of uploading pictures I would be eternally grateful.

Am off just now to check out your lovely blogs, speak to you all again soon.

Its been too long

Afternoon all

sorry its been so long again since I blogged but things have been a bit hectic around the Jeatt household.  We decided to sort out our bedroom and redecorate and have a new carpet and those of you who followed my blog will remember we had a 17 drawer chest of drawers made which is very heavy and not easy to move so we had to remove the drawers to move it so we could paint and then well there was the wardrobes don't think we will be decorating again for a long time to come, we painted the bedroom magnolia and had a cream carpet fitted and all our accessories are teal the room is now very calming as it was so busy and dark before it was not very restful.

Bella our little Jack Russell has become a cowering lump of jelly over the last few nights with all the fireworks going off poor little love the vet has now given her some diazepam to help her so hopefully tonight will be a little better.

I have been in hospital again for an op on my foot to remove a bunion and pin two of my toes back into place so high on painkillers at the moment.

Alan recently bought me an embroidery machine from Create and Craft a Brother Innov is 90e and I love it have only used it twice to practice so as soon as I am able will have loads to show you.

Have a couple of craft fairs coming up and looking forward to them.   Sorry no shows for you today as I am on my new laptop and have not moved or saved any pictures on it yet will get round to it when I can walk a little better.

Hope everyone is well and I will be popping along to see your wonderful makes and leaving a few comments will pop back hopefully over the next few days.

Love to all

Lovely Morning

Hi All

I have had a lovely morning today I went out to coffee with a friend and had a good old catch up put the world to rights and bought some material to make a tablecloth for the kitchen table.

I have a couple of makes for you again today as I have been busy although just not blogging but I am determined to blog again as I have missed you all.

Both these cards were commissioned

My next make is a bed runner for our bed and my first real attempt at patchwork which I am loving I am also making a quilt to use in the living room on a winter's evening to cuddle into which is taking me ages as I am making blocks and need at least 20 of them have made around 6 so far.

Not sure why this picture is sideways and I am unable to turn it, sorry about the state of the bed but Bella was jumping all over it as I was trying to take the picture.   The hearts I cut out on my scan n cut and appliquéd them on to the cover really enjoyed making this.

Am off just now to start getting ready to go to our daughter Pauline's for her birthday tea so will see you all again tomorrow with some new makes.

Love to all
