Im Entering a Challenge'

Morning All

I am actually going to enter a challenge today over at Cardz4guyz and the theme is Birds of a Feather well as you know from my earlier post I am trying to make some male cards for my daughter who takes them into work to sell them.

I have used card stock from stash, image from Jayne Netley Mayhew's CD and Hot off the Press feather stamp and die along with some other die cuts of shells can't for the life of me remember where they are from but I think they may be Marianne's.

Do so love puffins

My second card is also a male card and this is from Crafter's Companion Destinations CD and the little Merecats are from Joanna Sheen they are so cute hope you like it.

Well that's it for now

Catch up with everybody later, I am at Sarah's in the morning as she has the man coming to check her fire alarms and she will be at work when they are due so I said I would go over and spend the day looking out over Plymouth Sound

Where does the time go

Hello All

Hope you are enjoying the bit of sunshine we are having today makes a lovely change from the rain.

Our darling daughter Sarah takes the cards I make into work with her to sell all year round which is brilliant and she sells quite a few.  She asked for some male cards as she was running low and this is what I have come up with when having a lovely day with my crafty mate Rachel on Saturday afternoon what do you reckon.

New Great Granddaugher

Hi all sorry I have not posted for a little while again but I do have a really good excuse.  At the grand old age of 58 I have become a Great Nan it all happened rather quickly as our eldest granddaughter Nicole was rushed into hospital last week as she had problems with blood pressure and serious swelling of her body so she was started off and gave birth to our little bundle of joy on the 9th February.

We were hoping for the 8th of Feb as that was our anniversary having been married now for 41 years.  Alan and I went out for a meal and then onto the cinema to watch Dad's Army really enjoyed it.

We are now half way through our challenge of anything goes over at Our Crafty Corner so you still have time to enter if you haven't already.

Below is a picture of our new Great Granddaughter Darcy Rose she weighed in at 61b 4oz and is
so dinky and cute had loads of cuddles

Darcy Rose and her Great Granddad who looks petrified and is lol

Well that's it for tonight I will be back tomorrow to look at all your lovely makes but I really must get some dinner ready for the both of us as it is now nearly 7.30 pm and we have still not eaten since around 12 noon today so feeling a bit hungry.

Loads of love to all

Wow another post

Evening all

Hope you have all had a good day, mine has been brilliant, went over to our eldest daughter's Pauline's to hand over some baby shower stuff for tomorrow then went clothes shopping, have been trying to lose some weight and have lost nearly 19 pounds so far so had to buy some smaller trousers to fit into too lazy to take the others in. lol.

I was asked to make a card for a lady who is going to be 104 at the weekend and they wanted her age on the card so this is what I have come up with.

Hope you like it.

I will when I have a spare 5 minutes pop over and comment on all your lovely blogs but at the moment its a bit hectic as I have a lot going on in my life and not all good but that's another story I am trying to stay positive.

Love to all for now

Horrid Weather

Afternoon All

Are you like me wanting to hibernate when the autumn and winter comes along I hate the rain but at least there will be no fireworks if its raining poor Bella is so frightened by them.

Alan took me to Hobbycraft today so that I could get some more 300gsm card stock.    A couple of weeks ago whilst over at Rachel's crafting I pinched some cardstock off her and printed some backgrounds onto the card stock so that I could use the Crafters Companion bag making template as I wanted to make a bag for Nicole our granddaughter for her birthday on the 17th November and I will put a voucher inside for her.

Well I have finally managed to it today and hopefully I can get the picture to download as for some reason it doesn't want to do it this is the third try now so here goes:

Is anyone else having trouble with their blog mine is jumping it makes me feel a bit dizzy and also will not let me upload my pictures.  I am using my new laptop which has windows 10 on it and google chrome does not like windows 10 was making my machine do very funny things so I had to take it off the computer so if anyone knows a different way of uploading pictures I would be eternally grateful.

Am off just now to check out your lovely blogs, speak to you all again soon.
