Afternoon all

Hi everybody

Not much is happening at the moment I am taking it very easy and not doing very much at all, Alan made me promise not to do anything in the house except make cards which is what I have been doing, can't sit for very long but I have managed to make a card for the Crafting for all Seasons challenge number 64 the challenge is using autumn colours and I have used a Kenny K image that I have had for a while now, coloured in using promarkers and fleximarkers papers are from stash as is ribbon and the bits of bling and flowers I have used. Hope you like it

Well am of to have a cuppa before the gang get home, Alan is going shopping on his way home from work as I am not able to drive just yet but at least I am home and can relax a lot better than in hospital it was so noisy the food was awful but I know I was in the best place as I could not stand or sit because of the pain.  On the mend though now thank goodness.

Will do a bit of blog hopping when I have had my cuppa using my ipad that way I can sit in comfort in the living room.

Afternoon all

Firstly let me thank everybody for your well wishes I really appreciated them am now safely home and have made a card to show you today.  Lots of painkillers but at least I can now stand up and feel the lower half of my body thank goodness a bit scary to say the least.

I have a card to show you today was going to enter this into a challenge but then forgot to distress my papers so am going to make a different one for the challenge and just keep this one to sell at my next craft fair.

I used a pink gem snowman image they are so cute could not resist, the papers are from Bearly Mine, Snowflake is from one of the dies I bought at Taunton the little silver embellishment sitting on the bow was from the goodies I won from Natalie goodies giveaway, I created the sentiment on the computer.

well that's it for me for now can't sit on the computer chair for too long as it makes me hurt more that I already do

Will be back later to do a bit of blog hopping

Good News

Evening all

Had my MRI scan and whilst there is no further degeneration and nerves not being trapped I am to expect these flare ups and there is no treatment except painkillers in the form of Tramadol and Morphine.  I had no sooner had the results back, Alan had just left to come home when they said I could go home.  Told them my daughter would pick me up after she had finished work as it is a 30 mile round trip from our house to hospital and Sarah was closer but she didn't finish work until 5 or just after, they kept coming over to me every 10 mins asking when Sarah was coming in.

I was also sent home with no pain relief luckily I have tramadol and oramorph here at home which my GP prescribes for me for my arthritis.  Hopefully I will be back crafting shortly.

Bye for now.

Alison

Well am off to do a bit more blog hopping hopefully I can give you all the results soon.  I just want to go home.

Well bye for now

OMG what an awful day

Hello peeps

What an awful day yesterday and today has been, ordered a new phone for Alan online from Carphone Warehouse on Thursday and it came with a free Samsung 2 7.0 tablet but no SIM card, for the phone so rang them up and they said I could get one from their branch at Marsh Mills in Plymouth so travelled the 10 miles to branch queued 20 minutes got to counter and was told they had none in stock and that I would get one in their branch in New George Street which is in Plymouth Town Centre so off I went again a further 5 miles parked the car walked up to the branch, bearing in mind that to walk any distance is quite painful and I use crutches got to the branch queued again for a further 10 minutes only to be told (guess.......) they had none in stock and I would have to go to their branch in the Mall, could feel my blood beginning to boil at this point.

So off I went again got to the Mall, you guessed it queued again but this time they had one in stock, the staff in their were falling over themselves to help me, got me a chair to sit on, offered me a drink and sorted everything out including keeping Alan's old number.

I was shattered when I got home fell asleep in my chair around 7pm and woke up when Alan shook me to say come to bed.

This morning was getting tidied up before getting ready to go over to Rachel's for a crafty afternoon stretched up to put a skirt in the wardrobe and my back gave way so now I can hardly walk or move without shooting pains in my back and down my left leg so no crafting with Rachel today.  Boo hoo.

I do have a couple of cards to show you but may have trouble getting them onto my blog as my memory card has broken and I can't get the pictures off it. So am trying something different.  my neighbour has asked me to make a couple of plain cards for posting so I came up with these yesterday before I went on my mega trip.  Hope you like them.

Well that's it for me for today, have been doing a lot of blog hopping today but will keep checking your brilliant work over the next few hours until bedtime.

Loads of love

Wednesday's Creative Inspirations Challenge #237

Morning all

Only one post today as I am out this afternoon at my daughter's having my hair done, am thinking of going back to my natural colour which is Auburn am blonde at the moment will have to see what the hair dresser thinks am fed up of having to do my roots all the time.

For those of you who are interested and even those who are not lol.  Toby burst the balloon by biting it and as it was filled with helium you can imagine what his meow was like for a little while, so funny, the bang did not disturb him he carried on my dragging the balloon around by the string for a while but at bedtime I put it in the bin.

My cards today are both very different from each other, the first is a Christmas Card and I would like to enter this into Wednesday's Creative Inspirations Challenge I have followed the sketch that they provided

for my card I used a Sherri Baldy image and my tonic studio die which I bought in Exeter at Westpoint Show, backing papers are from Bearly Mine , flowers are from stash and sentiment was computer generated.

For my second card I used a mask and coloured in with my prismacolor pencils thought it turned out quite nice very simple CAS card the sentiment was computer generated straight onto card and just added a few peach hearts to add a bit of bling.  Hope you like it.

Well am off to take Bella out for a wee, it looks like the heavens are going to open again has gone very dark.  Must go to the Shop need to get some milk.

Will be back after I have had my hair done to do some blog hopping may even get daughter to take a photo of my new colour and post it you never know watch this space, it won't be a pretty sight.

Love to all

Joanna Sheen Challenge (Buttons)

Afternoon all

Blimey how many posts in one day but wanted to get this card made and entered into the challenge over at Joanna Sheen where the challenge is buttons.  I used an image from the House Mouse Project Book Volume 2, these images are so cute. My Christmas tree is a Crafters Companion die, buttons and papers from stash.

I have also been invited as a Guest DT with the Joanna Sheen Team just waiting for them to contact me with the details whoooo wheeee, so excited to have been picked.

Am off in a mo to sort something out for dinner tonight think we have stuff made up in the freezer just need to defrost it in the microwave.

Wanted to show you this photo of Toby playing with the Balloon from Sarah's flowers which she had for her birthday, Bella looking on saying mum he's going to burst it and then we'll be for it lol

Sorry it's a bit blurry but he was moving this around so fast, he must of jumped up in the kitchen onto the draining board as that is where I left the balloon.  He is one little monster.

Am off to do a bit more blog hopping after I have sorted the dinner out.

Design Team Call

Morning again

Wanted to tell you about a Design Team call over at Crafting for all Seasons, I have applied so am keeping my fingers crossed.  I have been card making since 2007 and when I look back over my cards I can see how much I have improved through the years and how my styles have changed as I have grown in confidence,  am on the Friday Sketch Challenge DT which I thoroughly enjoy.  I am now retired so have plenty of time for crafting and would love to be a DT for Crafting for all Seasons.

I have made another card today which has been commissioned for a Baby Girl's Christening.

I used a Sherri Baldy Bestie image, backing papers are from Forever Friends New Born, ribbon and bow from stash, as are the acrylic flowers and beads.  Coloured in using my Prismacolor Pencils as for some reason my spectrum noir pens have dried out, probably because I hardly ever use them now I have my pencils which I love.

My Second Card to showcase my designs for the DT Place is a Thank you card which I loved making, the image is from LOTV, butterfly die from Memory Box, backing papers are from Serif Craft Artist 2, flowers are from stash

My Third Card is an anniversary card which was commissioned and I was given the brief of she likes Red Roses so this is what I came up with using lots of different dies, roses from stash as are the beads around the card

Well have not only got fingers crossed but toes as well.

Back again soon

Bearly Mine Challenge

Second post for me today told you I got up early.  I have just put a wash on and hopefully the rain stays away long enough for me to get it out on the line or at least the bits and bobs that don't go into the dryer lol.

Am off to the coffee stop this morning to meet up with friends only time in the week that I actually see anyone unless I go to Rachel's on a Saturday, so it's nice to get out of the house.

The card I am posting now is for Bearly Mine Challenge and I liked the sketch so much had to use it so here is the sketch and my interpretation of it.

And here is my card used a digi that I have had since last year and never used but thought he looked so neglected that I had better wipe the dust off of him and use it.  The backing papers are from Bearly Mine and are called Christmas Dreams, used Marianne poinsettia die and the sentiment is one I bought in Exeter by Tonic Studio and came as part of the Christmas Cracker set.  Pearls and ribbon from stash.

Catch up with you all soon

Two challenges for me today

Morning all

Have been awake since 5.30 this morning which is when Alan got up for work, could not get back to sleep and eventually got out of bed at 7.30 and have spent the time since then planning Christmas cards.

My card today is for the Papertake Weekly Challenge and the challenge is Christmas Tree, and Crafty Sentiments Challenge where the challenge is Bingo and I chose the top line, Red, Pearls and die cuts.

I used my new die from Crafter's Companion Chantilly Lace Stamping Frame, red card and backing paper is from stash as is the lace, ribbon and pearls the image is one I have had for more years than I care to remember and the poor thing was sitting neglected on my computer.  The silver snowflake is one my crafting buddy Rachel cut out for me a few months ago.

Hope you like it

Will be back blog hopping shortly am off to get my breakfast am starving.

Sketch n Stash Challenge 124

Good morning everybody

Hope you all had a good night's rest and that the weather is not too bad where you are.

Today's card is for the Sketch n Stash Challenge and I used a Crafter's Companion image and papers from their inspiration magazine cd rom, coloured the cat with promarkers and the white part of the hat with a wink of Stella (white pen) to add some sparkle, the Christmas tree is from memory box which I have had for ages, holly is a Marianne die, snowflake is a crafts too die which I bought in Taunton at the weekend.

I have to contact Crafter's Companion this morning as I ordered a couple a bits on the 18th and then ordered a bit more on the 20th, the things I ordered on the 20th have been dispatched but the CD's I ordered on the 18th no sign of so will phone them to see what is happening, know they are busy with their Birthday Week but I would of thought stuff I had ordered first would have been dispatched first logical really.

Am off to have my breakfast and a cuppa and will pop back later to do a bit of blog hopping

Sketch Saturday # 281

Morning all

What a horrid day it is outside, high winds, heavy rain and very dark.  The nausea and headache have finally gone thank goodness, thank you for all your get well wishes they are appreciated, as I don't leave the house very often and now I no longer work I am rather isolated.

My card today is for the Sketch Saturday Challenge #281 and I decided I would make some more Christmas Cards as Sarah wants to send some to her work colleagues and I like to send the family a handmade card because if I send them a shop bought one I get shouted at lol.

I used a Mo Manning pre-coloured image that I bought from Hobby House the snowflake die is one I bought yesterday at the Taunton Craft Show, Christmas Tree and Holly are Marianne dies which I bought last year, papers from stash.  Sentiment was computer generated.

I will be back shortly to do a bit of blog hopping

What a treat

Evening all

Welcome to my new members, thank you for following me.

What a lovely day I have had, Sarah surprised me last night saying she had bought tickets to Sincerely Yours paper craft show for today so we set off just after 9am and got there around 10.30 met up with some of the girls from Docrafts which is always fun.  Bought a few goodies only took £50.00 with me and came back with around £8.00 so not too bad, and some quality time with Sarah.

I am feeling slightly better today, still a bit queasy but nothing like it has been over the last few days have dosed myself up with medication today so maybe that's why I managed to go to Taunton.

My card today is a ruby anniversary card which my eldest daughter Pauline ordered for one of her work colleagues (they ordered two) one which I posted yesterday.  Want to thank Nic as she has let me use one of her anniversary cards as a template for this card.

I used an Indigo Blu stamp bought a while ago and Sizzix 657562 heart framelits which I bought today in Taunton for this card ribbon from stash and the little embellishment with the red pearl in the centre is part of the candy that I won from Nat only have to put the insert in and then I can pass it over to Pauline to give to her colleague.

Am off to do a bit of blog hopping now

Still feeling sicky and headachy

Hi all

Still feeling very queasy if didn't know better would think I was pregnant, (thank god those days are long over lol).

Alan and Sarah are in the kitchen and I can hear them wondering the timings of everything am leaving them to it he he.

Well our eldest daughter Pauline asked me to make two ruby wedding anniversary cards for some of her friends at work they had to be contemporary (what ever that is) think it means in fashion.  I did make a Christmas card earlier today but not showing it to you as it is Pants with a capital P it looks awful so have consigned it to the bin.

But my anniversary card I am pleased how it has turned out especially as I am brain dead today, Alan and Sarah had to do the shopping today as I could not even face the drive to Tesco let alone walking around.  so here is my card instead of all the waffle

I used flowers from stash, In Stitches embossing folder by craft concepts, ribbon, pearls, flowers from stash.   Sentiment was computer generated.

I will be back shortly to do a bit of blog hopping

What a load of old poo

Evening all

Well I managed to get home from the craft fair before the rain started but the car will have to wait to be emptied otherwise everything will get wet.

Well what a load of old poo the craft fair was not worth the time or effort; I made wait for it .......... (drum roll) a grand total of £5.00, it took 45 minutes to set up and then another 45 minutes to pack the car back up so disappointed. The table cost 5.00 so I sold £10.00 worth of stock and that was from people that also had tables, I sold one bag, 3 cards and a large container candle.  We had 3 people come in from the school and they stayed for a cuppa and a bit of cake and then left did not buy a thing, it was well advertised as all the children took home flyers and considering it was in aid of rainbows (under 5's) disgusting turn out.

I took a photo of my table all ready to go

I made a Christmas card last night using an old La Pashe decoupage that I had hanging around I reduced the size of it so that it would fit onto my card, used a couple of gems and paper from stash hope you like it.   oops just noticed that the gems have slipped took the photo before they had dried. lol.

Well am off to do a bit of blog hopping now and guess what I ordered today the bebunni CD from Crafters Companion so naughty of me as I am supposed to be on a craft diet but I needed to cheer myself up after a god awful afternoon with screaming kids (belonging to mums running a table) so glad mine are gown up.

Loads of love to all

Feeling rather blue

Morning all

Thank you on the lovely comments you have been making about the new look of my blog.  I just love it makes me smile.  I am feeling rather down today, am having a flare-up of my Fibromyalgia aching across the shoulders feeling sick and headachy, so not much happening with me today.  I have two cards I need to make and some boxes so will be back after my shower and taking some pills to help me sort myself out.

Do you know it's now 8.15 pm and I started writing this blog at around 10.30 this morning so it's evening all now lol.

Have not done anything today apart from popping to the doctors but the day has got away from me, admit I fell asleep in the chair this afternoon lol.

When Sarah got home from work tonight she asked me if I could make a card for one of her friends who passed her driving test, apparently her favourite colour is purple.  I used an image from Di's digi downloads, flowers from stash sentiment was generated on computer using word

Well that's it for me tonight will pop by to do some blog hopping but won't be around tomorrow as I am doing a craft fair Sarah is taking time off work in the afternoon to help me set up and then dismantle at the end of the day.

So goodnight for now

Love Alison

Do you like it

Evening all

Just a quick one wanted to say a huge big fat THANK YOU to Angie for my new look on my blog isn't it fantastic I just love what she has designed for me.

I have done a bit of tweaking and removed one button by mistake but as it was only a grab me button not too worried.

Had to make some of my pictures etc a bit smaller so that they were not covering the main page, it took me ages to figure out that I could shrink them lol.  Told you if I had a brain I would be severely dangerous.

Am off to do a bit more blogging to see your wonderful creations.

Lots of love to all

Thank You Everybody

Morning all

Want to say a huge thank you to everyone who checked my blog out last night, the offending party has been removed (was my counter).

I have decided that if I had a brain I would be very dangerous, honestly the things I do, caught my toe on the cable of the hoover and fell over, poor old Alan he had to try and get me up took ages as I am unable to kneel or even crouch down, in the end I shuffled on my bum to the settee and then with Alan's help managed to haul myself up onto the settee, wouldn't mind but I was not even hovering lol.

Something wonderful is going to be happening to my blog keep watching this space.

I have a couple of 40th wedding anniversary cards to make and one of them has to be contemporary (what the hell is that) I also have a christening card to show you today, I used an image from my Rachael Anne Miller Collection which I love using to make cards.  Ribbon and bling from stash.

Am off to do a bit of blog hopping

Bye for Now

Not Sure What's Happened

Hi All

I have slept in late again today, Alan phoned to make sure I was alright and it was 09.30 no wonder the day goes so fast.

Just went onto the crafty cardmaking blog where I entered my card in the post below this and it is not there so obviously I have been removed for not meeting their requirements but I really thought my card fit the criteria for Shabby Chic, obviously not, will wait and see perhaps their is a delay in putting the cards onto the site as it needs approval first.

I had a call from my cousin Jim last night asking if I could make two cards, one for his sister my cousin Val and one for his mate Ian's 60th Birthday, who is into St Helens Rugby League and thanks to Angie who has provided the backing paper and badge for this card I was able to produce the following card.

Val's card is from crafts u print which I bought quite a few years ago and have only used once for my nieces birthday, very fiddly but well worth the effort.

Will be back later to do some blog hopping but need to get my breakfast otherwise it will become lunch before I get anything to eat.

Love to all

Crafty Cardmakers #102 Shabby Chic

Hi all

Second post for me today, not much happened since this morning put all the inserts into cards that were sitting on my desk waiting to be finished off and now they are parcelled up ready for post tomorrow but I will have to go into Ivybridge as our post office has closed down so it is a 10mile round trip if we need to weigh parcels etc.

My card tonight is for a blog I have just discovered Crafty Cardmakers and they have a challenge called Shabby Chic and this is what I have come up with using the stamp that I won in Natalie's 200,000 blog candy and have also used some of the flowers she sent me as well.  Coloured the image with promarkers and fleximarkers used a doily from stash, papers were freebies a long time ago and I have never used them, post card is from Angie's.   Have used a wink of stella on the flowers and butterflies to add some sparkle.  This is way out of my comfort zone but really enjoyed making it.

Sorry about the picture my lighting is not good in my craft room I used my daylight lamp but obviously not caught all the card with it.  I might try again tomorrow and upload it again, if I can improve on the photo.

Bye for now

A Wet and Dismal Monday

Morning all

Yes I have just checked that it is morning still, the time just gets away with me first thing as it takes me ages to get myself moving (old aching joints) lol.

We had a fab day yesterday as we celebrated Sarah's birthday this weekend (Saturday) but as I was helping at the big breakfast we decided that yesterday would be the day to take Sarah out for lunch, and to take Bella onto the Moors very wet but had a brilliant time.

Did not make a card yesterday but I have one made up and one on the go so will showcase this commissioned card for a Plymouth Argyle Supporter who is going to be 60 this week and his daughter wanted to give him a special card.  Thanks to Angie's digi stuff which is where I got the papers and badge from.    Have just got to put the insert in and then I have finished and Sarah can take it into work to give to her friend.

Having a bit of a lazy day after the hectic weekend even though I sat down on Saturday when making the toast and then yesterday Alan did the driving I am shattered today I don't do early mornings very well these days it takes me ages to sort myself out but there are worse off people than me so I'll not continue on my moan otherwise I will be called Carole after my sister in law whose problems are way worse than anyone else's (Not) lol.

Am off to finish my card that is sitting on my desk waiting for me but at the moment have so many card ideas floating in my head that I must sort myself out unable to concentrate properly so will write my ideas down and then that way I won't forget what I want to do. lol.

Commissioned Anniversary Card

Evening all

Hope you are all ok and enjoying the weekend.  It's our daughter Sarah's birthday today I can't believe she is 36 where have the years gone.

We had the big breakfast in the Village Hall today and 137 breakfast's later am shattered and all's I did was sit and make toast for everybody, never even got to eat a breakfast (good for the figure lol).

For those of you who are interested and you're probably not,  I went to the Doctors on Thursday regarding my poor old feet and he is sending me to see a musculoskeletal podiatrist as he thinks I have arthritis in my left ankle with collapsed heel arch and bunion and in the right foot have bunion on both sides ie big toe and little toe along with collapsed heel arch hence the pain and as I would like to avoid any more ops for a little while after having two knee replacements in the past 18 months feels that this is the road to go down at least for now.  Lets hope so.

Hubby phoned me from work the other day and asked me to make a card for a colleague to give to his wife on their anniversary I was told that she loved red roses and this is what I have come up with, lots of die cuts on this used oval die, memory box large fern die, Marianne creatables and roses from stash.  Pearls around the oval and beads around the card to give it some bling and the sentiment was printed from the computer.

Sorry about the picture am not very good with a camera really need to get the lighting a bit better.

Am off to do a bit of blog hopping now.

Afternoon all

Firstly I wanted to say thank you to everybody for your lovely comments on my cards it is really appreciated and I know that everybody is busy so Thank You, and I must say you are all so talented wish I had half the talent of you all.

Just realised the time after 12.00 noon and not had my breakfast yet lol.  Have a doctors appointment today at 5pm as I cannot get my shoes on, my ankle on my left foot and the sole of the foot plus bunion are giving me a lot of pain and my right foot the bunion and the bone just below the right toe is giving me gyp, so am off to try and get something sorted.  I have terrible trouble finding shoes to fit me as I am between a 4 1/2 and a 5 so the smaller size is slightly too tight and the larger size is too big so have to use granny shoes and I hate them I want shoes that shout Sexy.

I have had some goodies through the post, ordered from crafters companion some Christmas tree dies, snow village die and the Barkley everyday CD and my inspiration magazine and it has all turned up today yippeeeee!  I also ordered a Tim Holtz distressing tool from Crafts U Love and that also turned up today so am a happy bunny.

My cousin contacted me yesterday and asked me to make 6 Christmas Cards for her so I made a start and so far made four still to put inserts in but will do that later.  I also have an order for two Ruby Wedding Anniversary Cards and hubby rang this morning to say one of his colleagues would like an anniversary card made and his wife likes roses so have got to incorporate that into my card mmmmm what to do, have an idea but not sure yet if it will work will have to check it out.

So here are the cards that I have made so far for my Cousin Tracy.

Right am off to have my breakfast/lunch and will be back blog hopping later and to show you my next lot of creations, but if anyone has any idea where I can get a digi stamp of a rose please can you let me know.

Bye for now

Papertake Weekly Challenge two by two

Hi all

Just got back from my weekly coffee stop this is where a few of us from the local villages meet up every Wednesday for a cuppa and a chat for an hour, it was my turn this week to make the tea/coffee, we had a good old natter and a catch up about the Big Breakfast that is happening this weekend as I am on the village hall committee or am until next month as I have given notice that I am retiring we needed to sort out the time for setting up on Friday as we are cooking breakfast for 120 people at 4.50 a head quite cheap really. When I say we I mean we have a cook and her little helpers and I will be sitting at the toaster making toast as I can't stand for any great length of time without giving myself serious back and knee ache. lol.

My card today is for the Papertake weekly challenge two by two I have used a delightful image from LOTV which I love and my Marianne poinsettia die, papers are from first edition silent night ribbon and bling from stash.  Sentiment is also from LOTV.

I have just had an order in for six Christmas cards and two ruby wedding anniversary cards so will have to get on and get them sorted.  Hope everyone is well and if not big hugs to you.  Am going to have a trip over to the range later today as I need some card stock and also want to see what other goodies I can buy was thinking of having a trip to Hobbycraft but that can wait until Friday as Sarah has the day off work and we can spend some time together and I know she likes browsing Hobbycraft as she is into cross stitch.

Well that's it from me for now will be back a bit later to do some blog hopping to see everyone's beautiful creations.

Joanna Sheen Challenge So Sweet

Hi All

Kept this card fairly simple, not followed any sketch but just what felt right for the card and image.  Well am off to cook dinner just now Meatballs in a Chilli Sauce with Spaghetti.

Anything Goes Bestie's Challenge

Hi Everybody

Its raining here on Dartmoor wanted to get some bedding out on the line again today, as I bought a new quilt cover etc yesterday and washed it last night and now need to dry it and as its  a kingsize lord knows where I am going to put it - No rude comments please.

For today's card I have used the Joanna Sheen sketch but am entering this card is the Besties Challenge Blog anything goes.

I used some of the flowers on this card that the beautiful Natalie sent me as part of her blog candy again I used a Sherri Baldy Bestie image coloured her in with my prismacolor pencils and a wink of stella to add some sparkle.  Used First Edition Silent Night papers, Magnolia Doohickey Fairy Castle die, doily and gems came from stash as did the little bow.  I tried to distress the papers and as this is the first attempt at this with a pair of scissors no less think it turned out ok.  Sentiment was computer generated.  This card is for my granddaughters birthday she will be 22 in November where has the time gone.

Well am off to get some lunch ready and then I must wrap some soap up for a craft party I am doing selling my soap and candles.  I will be by later to do some blog hopping.

Love to all

Sunny Sunday

Hi all

Hope you are enjoying this lovely weather we are having at the moment, it's forecast to rain here tomorrow so am going to enjoy the day with hubby and youngest daughter.

Alan and Sarah have hovered through, changed the beds, washing on line and as soon as Alan is back from taking Bella for a walk we are off out, not sure where yet has to be dog friendly.

I can now show you a card I made for the lovely Natalie as its her birthday today.  So have a great day Natalie and once again thank you for the blog candy some of which I will be making up a card with later.

For this card I used a lovely peach colour and the die is a tonic studio one which I bought in Exeter last week the sentiment is hand written so excuse the writing as after doing shorthand for many years my handwriting is awful.

Flowers are from the Ribbon Girl, leaves are from a punch I bought many years ago not sure when or where.  bling from stash.  Image is one that Natalie herself sent to me and as use these sparingly as I love Tilda and have not got many of the stamps yet.

Well am off to do a bit of hair straightening as I have just washed and dried my hair and look like a fuzz ball lol.

Will be back a bit later to do some blog hopping probably from my ipad whilst sitting in the living room with my feet up.

Love to all

Challenge Wings and Things on Sherri Baldy's blog

Hi All

How are you all, my Fibromyalgia has got me in its grips and is not letting go, am really down in the dumps today with aches all over, feel as though all my energy has drained away and just finding everything a chore.

I have another Sherri Baldy's Bestie  today to showcase and am entering the competition she is running on her blog, I love these cute images and thanks to Aussie Annie as her cards were the first time I had seen these images being used, they are soooo cute.

I decided to go with a Christmas Image as I could not resist buying this one.

Papers used are from my craft stash, snowflake is a memory box die, holly and poinsettia are Marianne dies, sentiment was computer generated.  I have used a wink of clear stella on her hat and wings just to add a sparkle not sure you can see it on the picture.

Excuse my typing cut my finger this morning and have plaster on it so I keep pressing the wrong keys when typing that's my excuse anyway.

Well am off just now need to sort a few things out and then I am going back to bed.  Will do my blog hopping from there as I want to be able to go to Rachel's house tomorrow for some crafting.

Loads of love and hugs
