Papertake Weekly Challenge two by two

Hi all

Just got back from my weekly coffee stop this is where a few of us from the local villages meet up every Wednesday for a cuppa and a chat for an hour, it was my turn this week to make the tea/coffee, we had a good old natter and a catch up about the Big Breakfast that is happening this weekend as I am on the village hall committee or am until next month as I have given notice that I am retiring we needed to sort out the time for setting up on Friday as we are cooking breakfast for 120 people at 4.50 a head quite cheap really. When I say we I mean we have a cook and her little helpers and I will be sitting at the toaster making toast as I can't stand for any great length of time without giving myself serious back and knee ache. lol.

My card today is for the Papertake weekly challenge two by two I have used a delightful image from LOTV which I love and my Marianne poinsettia die, papers are from first edition silent night ribbon and bling from stash.  Sentiment is also from LOTV.

I have just had an order in for six Christmas cards and two ruby wedding anniversary cards so will have to get on and get them sorted.  Hope everyone is well and if not big hugs to you.  Am going to have a trip over to the range later today as I need some card stock and also want to see what other goodies I can buy was thinking of having a trip to Hobbycraft but that can wait until Friday as Sarah has the day off work and we can spend some time together and I know she likes browsing Hobbycraft as she is into cross stitch.

Well that's it from me for now will be back a bit later to do some blog hopping to see everyone's beautiful creations.

Love

Alison

Sounds like a lot of work - this big breakfast!!

PS - Ombre is graduated colour in hair or nails (saying starting with black or dark brown and ending in blonde / yellow) Purple and pink was the colour I took for the witches ombre hair.
