How is everybody this morning, well I hope, if not a big crafty hug from me.

I have been busy making a couple of box cards, I do love making these, the instructions are in my tutorial page if you need it.

For my first card I used the Bebunni Baby CD which is adorable from Crafters Companion and also adorable scorable card stock as it does not rip, in the little drawer there is a pair of mittens and socks so cute.

My second box card is for a boy

and a further two box cards

This is a little gift set so card and box and a gift bag

I am off now to check your lovely blogs and then get ready to go to my friend Dorne's this afternoon as we are doing another block on our quilt today.

Late posting

Hi All

I am posting this later than usual today but have been a bit busy.  The card I am showcasing today is from Art Impressions Girl Friends range Laughing Set 4385, I stamped this up over at Rachel's on Saturday but only got around to colouring it in today, I used my Crafter's Companion AquaBlend Pencils  by Spectrum Noir.  I love these pencils they are brilliant.

The paper I have used are bits and bobs left over from other cards and are mostly printed from Crafter's Companion CD's which I have loads as they have been bought either as Christmas Presents or Birthday Presents.

Well that's it from me tonight am off to spend time with the hubby.

Another Lovely Morning

Hello everybody hope you are all ok a hug is sent to those who need it.  I spent the morning yesterday with our gorgeous granddaughter Nicole and baby Darcy who gave me lots of smiles,  its amazing how she can turn this moody old git into a mushy cooing soft cantered bit of mush.

Our main computer has decided it does not wish to play anymore so am having to use the laptop and am in the process of moving all the files over which is going to take days.

I also went to play this afternoon with my lovely friend Rachel and I had a card in mind which Pauline aka Cotnob did a few weeks ago using the  Designer's Directory USB and I am sure she will not mind that I pinched ahem borrowed her style to make this card

I borrowed Rachel's distress inks to colour the outside of the card, the cardstock inside is from my stash don't know where it came from.  The seahorse die is from the Joanna Sheen Signature collection.  I do hope you like it .

I will pop by shortly to check out your lovely work again, thank you for the comments about the robot thingy will have to try again to comment without using it although I did try lol.

Catch up soon

How Long Does it take you

Afternoon All

Does anybody find it a chore these days to prove that you are not a robot and have  been trying to comment since around 14.30 today and have only just finished its 16.57.

I am out at a meeting this evening around 19.30 so need to get the dinner ready shortly, am doing lamb roast with lovely mint sauce.

My main computer is playing up something terrible so am typing this on the laptop but will have to go to the big computer to put any images of cards I want on my blog as nothing is stored on my laptop as yet as its fairly new.

The weather has been gorgeous the last couple of day so Bella and I walked to the village today to register our vote so had a lovely walk.

Enough moaning and groaning here is a card I made a couple of days ago and forgot to post it not sure why probably with all the fair in the square stuff going on I missed it.

Well that's about it from me today.  Best go and start the dinner.

Love to all

I am late yet again

Good Afternoon Everybody

We have a new Challenge over at Our Crafty Corner and the theme is anything goes our sponsor this month is the delightful

Karleigh Sue Digi Store

I wanted to challenge myself a bit so made a pyramid shaped card which I have only tried once before.

Why not pop over to Our Crafty Corner Blog to check out the rest of the design team's work it is gorgeous.

On another note our Fair in the Square was a bit of a washout with all the rain as most of the stalls are outside only a couple go into the village hall and I was one of the lucky ones thank goodness.  It seemed slightly disorganised this year for some reason but after paying for my table I came away with £50.00 which is way down on what I have taken previously.

Our sweet daughter Sarah came over to help me before going off to do her shopping and then Alan helped me pack up at the end of the day.  Today my hands, feet, back and knees are very sore so am having a bit of a restful day.

We have a Parish Council Meeting tonight which  as its the AGM as well as the normal monthly meeting and as I am standing as Parish Councillor again this year I suppose I best attend even though I feel more like tucking myself into bed.

Well will check out your lovely blogs again shortly.

Bye for now.
