Xmas card mental block

 Evening all

Well have finally caught up with all your lovely blogs.  I am having a mental block, trying to create a Christmas card for my brother and sister in law (Alan's brother) but having a serious mental block will have to come back to it in the morning.

Sorry I have been absent for a few days but ended up in hospital with an Angina attack on Thursday evening and have not been on top form since coming home on Friday.  Awaiting cardiology appointment.  I had a fairly big heart attack in February and although I am much improved still not on full strength.  

I am out most of the day again tomorrow, Coffee Stop with the oldies in the morning, Sarah's in the afternoon getting our dinner ready before we go to Sewing Classes in the Evening.   I am then going to Bath and West Showground for the Craft4Crafters show 2 hour drive was not going to go but Sarah is coming with me and she has paid for the tickets and says she will do the driving.  

On to my card its one that I made a while ago but never got around to posting so hope you like it.  

Well that's it for now will try and comment on everyone's lovely creations tomorrow but as my ipad will not let me comment on all blogs I have to come to the main computer and its not always convenient.

Housemouse birthday card

 Evening All

Thank you for all the lovely comments on my polkadoodles DT card very much appreciated.  I am working on a project which I hope to show you soon it’s going to be a Christmas present for our eldest granddaughter Nicole

 Our youngest granddaughter Jessica is a Diva 😂 I never know what to get her so always give her money which she says is best as then she can put it towards her designer items that she buys

Well I have made another birthday card using the housemouse cd’s which I have had for years and I hope you like it

Polkadoodles Gem of a Craft Challenge

 Morning all

Where has the time gone, it’s my second challenge over at Polkadoodles Gem of a craft challenge so why not pop along and join in.

Here is my card 

  This little cutie is is called letter to Santa - Twiggy and Toots order number is SKU8twx3

 I coloured in using my water pencils. Used backing papers from the Winnie White Christmas printable Papers Pack 1, I cut out snowflakes and used the negative with sparkly card from stash and used gold Miri card for matting and layering.

Trouble commenting

 Hi all 

I am having real trouble commenting on a couple of your blogs if it says comment as Google account not sure why I have tried altering it to my name and url of my blog but it still will not let me comment from my iPad.

I have another card to showcase today and hope you like it very simple card embossed inked and mounted onto very shiny glitter card

Well that’s it from me tonight will go onto main computer tomorrow and catch up with everyone.  P.s it’s a new Polkadoodles Gem of a craft challenge tomorrow.

Trouble commenting on ipad

 Dear all sorry for not being around.  I am at the moment not able to comment from my iPad not sure what’s going on but am feeling crappy after having my covid booster jab yesterday also having chest pains, so am not able to get to the main computer to comment on your lovely blogs.

I am show casing another card that I made last weekend by using Rachel’s embossing folder and sentiment.  I then mat and layered at home and coloured in with water pencils.

Another busy day

 No time for card making at the moment as I have another busy day ahead.  This morning is the weekly coffee stop to which I chauffeur a group of senior citizens too and then bring them home they are all a really good bunch and I do have a laugh they are so saucy at times.  I then have to make spaghetti bolognaise with a vegetable option to take to Sarah’s as this evening is our sewing course.  But before that I have my covid booster jab but even though I have an appointment the wait time can be over an hour and there is nowhere to sit so by the time I have got to having the jab done my back will be killing me.

Todays card is another one that I made at Rachel’s house on Saturday using a clarity stamp stencil which I love and just had delivered.

Rather than use a silhouette image I decided a rainbow one to brighten up a dull day.  I hope you like it.

Why are there not enough hours in a day

 Morning everybody

Another busy day today, this morning I have to go into Ivybridge which is about 5 miles from where we live to pick up my medication, and go to see a couple who I am giving computer lessons to.  I then need to type up the minutes from a meeting I attended on Friday and distribute them.  I then need to work on the the list for the pensioners fortnightly lunch which is this week and take the numbers down to the local pub so they know how many to cater for.  I also need to pop into Plymouth about 15 miles away as I need to pick up an order from Hobbycraft.

I made another card over at Rachel’s and here it is used a 3d embossing folder and used a brayer to add ink to the folder before putting through the machine to emboss I then glittered the pine cones and added a sentiment.
